<image:title>Projects - Here & Now</image:title>
<image:caption>After the Facebook Surround 360 camera was built, Facebook’s creative studio, The Factory, set out to explore the possibilities of what it could do and how it could be used to convey deeper stories of humanity and connection in a fully immersive stereoscopic 360 experience. The result is Here and Now, a short film that transports you to the middle of the main hall of Grand Central Terminal in New York, where you’re immersed in the stories of the people passing through. From family members reconnecting, to a final embrace as a young daughter departs for a trip, to a group of teenagers heading out for the night — you feel like you’re right there watching these moments unfold. The full film can be viewed here. <image:title>Projects - Facing Facts: An Inside Look At Facebook</image:title>
<image:caption>Facing Facts is an inside look into Facebook's fight against misinformation. Documentary filmmaker Morgan Neville teamed with key members of the News Feed team at Facebook's headquarters to understand how the company is dealing with the problem. The creative approach was to show reveal Facebook as a physical space where real people are working on real problems. We brought the cameras into our space, Facebook, interviewed team members working in the spaces they inhabit everyday and captured meetings and collaboration. What you see is in the film is a genuine look at how we fight misinformation. Credits Director: Morgan Neville Executive Creative Director: Cameron Ewing Art Director: Omid Rashidi</image:caption>

<image:caption>You know that feeling? When you go to a movie or a concert or a play and something happens in the first moment and you think, “Wow. I am IN.” That’s what we made. F8 is Facebook’s biggest event of the year. A global audience tunes in to see what’s up and what’s next. Before Mark stepped on the stage, before a word was spoken, this was the piece that makes the audience FEEL. Energized. Connected. Ambitious. A film that signaled our commitment to technology and ideas that help bring people together. <image:title>Projects - F8 | Identity & Experiencial</image:title>
<image:caption>Summary F8 began as an 8-hour developer Hackathon in 2007 (the ‘8’ came from our traditional eight-hour hackathons). Over the years, we added new industry tracks and introduced iconic Facebook consumer products. This year we brought F8 back to its roots as a true developer conference. Concept The visual ‘particle’ identity came to life across the event in both animated films and brand video, complementing the experiential design of the festival. We also created two brand films titled ‘Better Future’ that were designed to energize the f8 attendees with a future-looking brand message.</image:caption>
